D.H. BLAIR CONVERTS $2 MILLION IN DEBT IN MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES INC. TO EQUITY

 NEW YORK, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Management Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTCI) today announced that the company's investment banker, D.H. Blair Investment Banking Corp., has exchanged $1.93 million in outstanding debt for preferred stock in MTI.
 "This is a sign of confidence from our underwriters, who know the company better than anyone," said Mr. Cataldo. "Our improved equity position will enable MTI to continue its extensive marketing and development of advanced banking systems."
 Management Technologies Inc. trades on NASDAQ under MTCI for common stock and MTCIW for warrants.
