Deputy District Attorney Rob Dver said prosecutors are still reviewing Carney's first trial, in which a jury acquitted him of molesting two girls but deadlocked 11-1 in favor of not guilty on charges involving two other girls. ``We haven't made a decision,'' Dver said. Carney, who resigned his Palmdale council seat and retired from the Sheriff's Department after his arrest in January, said after Thursday's hearing that he was eager for the matter to be put to rest. ``We're just looking forward to getting our lives back,'' he told reporters. ``I don't know Don't know (DK, DKed) "Don't know the trade."
