D.A. Davidson & Co. Investment Banker David Dandel Named to Investment Dealer's Digest Magazine's "40 under 40".

SEATTLE -- David Dandel, Managing Director, Investment Banking for the Seattle office of D.A. Davidson & Co., was recently named to Investment Dealer's Digest Magazine's "40 Under 40." This is the magazine's first annual profile of the leading up-and-coming investment bankers in the United States. The 40 investment bankers named to the list represent some of the most highly accomplished bankers under the age of 40 across the nation. Reaching thousands of financial readers worldwide, Investment Dealer's Digest tracks the latest trends in the corporate finance and investment banking industries.

Dandel leads the Seattle, Washington office for D.A. Davidson. He began his career at D.A. Davidson in 2003 and has advised middle-market clients in mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and recapitalization transactions for over 10 years. Dandel was also named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40" in 2005. In 2006, he completed the sale of O'Neil Product Development to Dover Corporation, Flow Solutions to Morgenthaler Partners and Nuprecon to Evergreen Pacific Partners, among others.
