, announced today that D. Mark Gerboth, P.E. has joined the firm as a Vice President with the company's Project Management Group. Gerboth will initially be providing services in connection with Hill's assignment for the U.S. Department of Energy in Richland, Washington Richland is a city in Benton County in southeastern Washington, at the confluence of the Yakima River and the Columbia River.
