The unique Jet Cook system looks like a jet engine and performs in the same way. Products are cooked and heated at incredible speeds atomising steam to extract the maximum energy. Whilst reducing costs and production times, customers can also expect to retain a high quality product with enhanced taste, texture and appearance. The Jet Cook is ideal for soups, sauces, creams, pie fillings, ready meals, preserves, dips, desserts, lotions and creams.

DCN have now developed and patented a Globe Head agitation system. Steam is drawn externally around the outside of the head and draws product through it without any clogging, making it ideal for vegetables, pasta and IQF Products.

Also on display will be DCN's new Metal Detectable Scraper Blades used for product agitation in Steam-Jacketed Kettles. The unique patented design uses FDA approved materials and has hair-like sinews moulded into its structure, which are both metal detectable and magnetic. Using this type of blade in the cooking process will allow any parts dislodged from the main body to be either removed by powerful magnets when discharging through pipe work, or detected via metal detectors during the normal production process thus reducing product wastage and optimising costs.
