D'Arianne Resources Inc.: Gold Results From Opinaca.SAGUENAY, Quebec Saguenay (officially Ville de Saguenay) is a city (2006 population: 143,692) in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec, Canada, on the Saguenay River, about 200 kilometres (0 mi) north of Quebec City. -- D'arianne Resources Inc.(TSX TSX Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE before April, 2002) TSX Transfer from Stack Pointer to Index TSX True Space Extension VENTURE:DAR) Following geological reconnaissance work completed in July 2005, D'Arianne is pleased to announce excellent sampling results from the Contact zone of the Opinaca property. The property is located South of the Opinaca reservoir and a few kilometers West of the lac lac, resinous exudation from the bodies of females of a species of scale insect (Tachardia lacca), from which shellac is prepared. India is the chief source of shellac, although some is obtained from other areas in Southeast Asia. a l'Eau Claire deposit of Eastmain Resources Inc. A total of ten rock samples and channel samples were extracted from the Contact zone and returned exceptional grades, up to 567 grAu/tm . Other significant results from this gold zone, ranging from 1 grAu/tm to 87 grAu/tm, confirms the presence of a 50 metres by 300 metres gold corridor (at least). This corridor, injected with quartz gold veins and small veins, was previously explored in the past, but no drilling was done on the zone. Mr. Lapointe and his team are currently washing and extracting additional samples in order to better understand the distribution of the gold in the Contact zone. These works will prepare the drilling campaign planned for this Fall. Twenty additional samples extracted outside this zone returned anomalous gold values.
