D'Angelo Plant Capacity Filling up in First Full Pack Season.

D'Angelo Brands, Inc. - (OTCBB:DNGO) (the "Company") announces that, as its first full summer season approaches, plant capacity at it's manufacturing and processing facilities is expected to achieve a high level of utilization.

"With the consolidation that has occurred in the industry in the last five years, I'm not surprised that our modern, high-speed facilities are receiving so much buyer attention " said Frank D'Angelo, Company President. Mr. D'Angelo added "because these plants were purchased at a deep discount to book value, and we are able to pool our technical expertise, we are also able to offer our customers highly competitive pricing". The company's bottling plant in Mississauga, Ontario, and its processing plant in Tiverton, Ontario, are now fully operational, following major equipment and maintenance enhancements in the latter half of 2002.

Of particular note, in Mississauga, is the recent mandate from an established U.S. brand to be the exclusive bottler for a new, single-serving "healthy" water product, targeted for national U.S. distribution. At Tiverton, tests are underway with two major customers for the processing and bulk packaging of fruit and vegetable concentrates with large market potential in the eastern half of the Continent. Current competitive suppliers are shipping finished product from southern California, pointing to a significant market opportunity for locally produced concentrates.
