D'ARIANNE RESOURCES INC. Concludes a Partnership on the Standard Gold Property.

SAGUENAY, Quebec -- D'Arianne Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DAR) is pleased to announce a partnership agreement with Mirabel Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RMB) regarding the potential exploitation of the Standard Gold gold mine, located in the Duverny township, nearby Amos, Abitibi.

This agreement is in line with d'Arianne's objectives for this deposit, namely to make the known resources of the property, compliant with NI 43-101. A pit and eight levels of galleries are already available onsite.

The goal of the partnership is to maximize the value of the mineral resources contained in the Standard Gold property, by allowing Mirabel to use thermal fragmentation everywhere on the property where the management committee judges that gold ounces could be extracted economically.

D'Arianne's commitment will be to identify the exploitable gold zones by providing all the relevant geological data and provide safe access to the zones. Mirabel's commitment will be to proceed with the thermal blasting of the mineralized zones as well as the transportation and milling of the ore. After deduction of the inherent cost for each of the partner's obligations, the potential profit will be split equally between Arianne and Mirabel.

In the latest recorded works done in the mine in 1987 (GM 46956), 1.2-meter channel samples, extracted in ten different areas returned between 1.45 and 6.93 g/t Au. The best drilling intersections returned 39.9 g/t / 0.36 m, 13.7 g/t / 0.61 m, 15.2 g/t / 0.50 m and 7.1 g/t Au / 1.40 m.

The management of d'Arianne is convinced that a reduced dilution, resulting from a thermal fragmentation exploitation, could make this site economically exploitable.
