This financing from the CMBE follows Arianne's implication in the summer of 2004 with mining exploration in the Opinaca Reservoir area and the resuming of the works in 2005 (see March 31 press release). The Company is pleased to see that the Cree Community is realizing the exceptionnal mining potential that is stored around the Opinaca Reservoir area. This demonstration is no longer necessary since the Eleonore discovery from Virginia Gold Mines. The funds will be used for exploration of the Company's properties in the James Bay area. The placement consists of the issuance of 238,095 units at a price of $0.21 per unit. Each unit including one common share of the Company and one warrant to purchase an additional share of the Company at a price of $0.27. The warrants will be exercisable until May 20, 2007. The shares are subject to a four-month minimum hold period.
