D&H distributing selects Wang to support PC line.

BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 1997--Wang Laboratories (NASDAQ: WANG) today announced that it has been awarded a contract by D&H Distributing, a leading national distributor of computer-related products, to provide support for D&H Distributing's line of custom configured PCs. Under the terms of the agreement, Wang will provide on-site hardware support, including diagnostics and repair, covered by a one-year warranty and extended service contracts. Wang will also provide telephone support for Microsoft software products bundled with the D&H PCs. Wang support will be provided directly to D&H customers located throughout the United States. The value of the one-year contract is expected to be in excess of $400,000.

D&H joins a growing list of system suppliers that have chosen Wang to provide service and support for their customers. In addition to providing service and support for D&H, Wang is also a service and support provider for companies including Sequoia, Tricord, and Nexar Technologies.
