D&D Building tenants expand into LI.

"The fact that these two high-end brand names chose to expand at the same location in Nassau County is testament to the attractions of the building and of the neighborhood."

Real Estate Strategies and Oxford & Simpson Realty were the cooperating brokers involved in both lease transactions.
