"It's noteworthy that both Stark and Duralee have showroom locations in the prestigious Decorators and Designers (D&D) Building in midtown mid·town n. "The fact that these two high-end brand names chose to expand at the same location in Nassau County is testament to the attractions of the building and of the neighborhood." He continued, "Both companies were drawn to the terrific street visibility, convenience of the location, and the close proximity to target clientele-- the many high-end interior designers who serve the Long Island marketplace." Real Estate Strategies and Oxford & Simpson Realty were the cooperating brokers involved in both lease transactions.
