D&B Names Jim Burke to Lead U.S. Risk Management Solutions.

SHORT HILLS, N.J. -- D&B (NYSE: DNB), the leading provider of global business information, tools and insight, today announced that Jim Burke has been named leader of U.S. Risk Management Solutions (RMS) and a member of the Company's Global Leadership Team. In this role, Burke will be responsible for driving growth in the Company's largest solution set, RMS. Risk Management Solutions offers a range of products that allow companies to understand and manage their risk exposure so they can make business decisions that increase profitability and improve cash flow.

Burke came to D&B three years ago as leader of Small Business Solutions (SBS), which he grew into a high-performing area. He later joined RMS, first as leader of Traditional Products and later as leader of Products & Marketing. Prior to joining D&B, Burke was Chief Development Officer at Prudential's E-Business Group and before that, head of Internet Marketing at First USA Bank.

In addition to serving as a captain in the U.S. Marines, Burke's background also includes marketing leadership positions at MCI. Burke earned a Master's from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree from Villanova.
