D&B Names Gregory E. Nordal Leader of Europe.

D&B (NYSE: DNB), the leading provider of global business information and technology solutions, announced today that it has appointed Gregory E. Nordal to senior vice president and leader of Europe effective immediately.

Nordal has been a member of the Company's global leadership team since January 2003 when he was named the interim leader of Europe and market leader of the United Kingdom. During this time, Nordal has added sales leadership in several major markets and increased the sales teams' focus on selling value-added products to drive revenue growth in Europe. From 1997 to 2002, Nordal was leader of D&B's Canadian business where under his leadership, the Canadian team delivered year-over-year revenue and operating income growth, achieved world class employee satisfaction results, and doubled the size of the Canadian database.

Before joining D&B in 1997, Nordal was vice president of sales and marketing for CCH Canadian, a leading provider of tax and business law information and software. Nordal's background also includes 13 years in the healthcare industry, where he progressed through various sales, marketing and general management leadership positions. Nordal received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from the University of Manitoba, Canada.
