D&B Elects John W. Alden to Its Board of Directors.

Alden served as vice chairman of United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), the largest express package carrier in the world, from 1996 until his retirement in 2000. Prior to his appointment as vice chairman, Alden served as senior vice president of business development. Under his leadership, UPS expanded its sales and marketing activities by developing and delivering domestic and international services. These services focused on offering a fully-guaranteed product portfolio, same-day package delivery, and electronic commerce solutions.
