At the conference, Mr. Sullivan intends to express the Company's comfort with guidance previously provided for 2002, as stated during the Company's July 24, 2002, conference call. On that call, the Company stated, "We believe that third quarter total revenue will be in the range of $54 to $58 million. We believe 2002 total year revenue will be in the range of $230 to $245 million. We estimate that our fully diluted earnings for the third quarter of 2002 will be in the range of $0.09 to $0.10 per share.
