Cytyc Cytyc Corporation (NASDAQ: CYTC) engages in the design, development, manufacture, and marketing of clinical products that focus on women’s health. Its products cover a range of women's health applications, including cervical cancer screening, breast cancer risk  Corporation (Nasdaq:CYTC) today announced that it has won the 2000 Omega North Face ScoreBoard Award for excellence in customer service. This award was presented to Cytyc by Omega Management Group, based on Omega's survey of 70 companies. Omega Management Group is a service consulting and auditing organization that measures customer satisfaction. In the areas of Field Service, Customer Training, and Technical Telephone Support, Cytyc received scores greater than 4.5 (on a scale of 5), deeming the Company "best in class."
