HEATHROW, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 16, 2002

Cytura Corporation, a leading next generation provider of content management software, today announced that its board of directors has appointed Mitchel J. Laskey to the position of chief executive officer. Laskey, who served as the company's president and chief operations officer since October 1, 2001, replaces the company's founder and chairman Raj Toleti. Toleti, who will continue to serve as the company's chairman and assume the role of chief technology officer, will be responsible for the company's product research and development activities. Laskey will also continue as a member of the board of directors.

Laskey, who brings more than 20 years of experience in managing and advising healthcare and software companies, previously served as a senior advisor In some countries, a Senior Advisor is an appointed position by the Head of State to advise on the highest levels of national and government policy. Sometimes a junior position to this is called a National Policy Advisor.  to Cytura since March 2001.

Prior to joining Cytura, Laskey was the founder, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Laskey holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and marketing from the University of South Florida
