SANTA FE, N.M. & PLANT CITY, Fla. -- UTEK Corporation (AMEX:UTK) (LSE-AIM:UTKA), the technology transfer company, and CytoDyn, Inc. (OTCBB:CYDY), a development stage biotechnology company, announced the signing of a strategic alliance agreement.
