"Cytec is focusing on improving the efficiencies at all its manufacturing facilities around the world, and this is consistent with our previously announced plans."

Industrial surfactants are used in products such as emulsion polymers, paints and adhesives. Docusates are used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, food additives and over the counter products.
