Cytec Holds Annual Meeting.

:CYT) announced that, at the Company's Annual Meeting of Common Stockholders held today, Darryl D. Fry was reelected to the board of directors for a three year term ending in 1999.

Fry has been chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of the company since it was formed in December 1993, following spin-off from American Cyanamid American Cyanamid was a large, diversified, American chemical manufacturer. Lederle Laboratories, maker of Centrum and Stresstabs vitamins, was Cyanamid's pharmaceutical division. Davis & Geck was the company's medical device division.  Company.

Jerry R. Satrum was also elected to the board of directors for a three year term ending in 1999.
