Cyproof Releases New Product to Expedite the Publication Process.

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Journals are becoming increasingly overwhelmed with the growing number of submissions each year. This causes delays in the review process and increases publication costs. Today, Cyproof (www.cyproof.com) launched a new Web-based product called ErrNET[TM] to address this problem. Developed in collaboration with professional editors and publishers, ErrNET[TM] checks PDF (Portable Document Format) The de facto standard for document publishing from Adobe. On the Web, there are countless brochures, data sheets, white papers and technical manuals in the PDF format.  documents for acceptable use of US English in formal writing. ErrNET[TM] marks errors in grammar, punctuation, technical style, and spelling, and verifies website addresses (URLs). The spellchecker includes over one million entries, and includes life, physical, and applied sciences terms. An error report is generated for each check and includes explanations for each error, suggestions for corrections, and a summary of the total number and types of each error.

To check documents, the user uploads the file to the ErrNET[TM] server through their Web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet. In order to view a site, you type its address (URL) into the browser's Location field; for example, www.computerlanguage.com, and the home page of that site is downloaded to you.  (works with all popular Web browsers The following is a list of web browsers.
