SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE: CY) today announced that it will be making presentations at two investor conferences over the next week to discuss Cypress's financial and strategic outlook.

Cypress's executive vice president of Sales and Marketing, Ralph Schmitt, will speak to investors at the Piper Jaffray Technical Conference to be held at the New York Palace Hotel in New York on Friday, May 13 at 11:10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Then, on May 16 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, Cypress's president and CEO, T. J. Rodgers will address the J.P. Morgan Technology and Telecom Conference in San Francisco at the Westin St. Francis Hotel.
