Cypress Semiconductor (NYSE:CY) today announced that it will host the November 14 Silicon Valley WebGuild meeting, which will feature Dr. Eric Kuo, James Jay Seltzer and Dr. Richard K. Ho's presentation titled "Integrating Successful Business Models."

In part one of "The E-Biz Empire Strikes Back," the speakers will address the importance of integrating successful business models with e-business. (The next two parts will be presented in December and February.) Many continue to believe that e-business will be the backbone of the 21st century economy. The panelists in this discussion will assert that the future e-business must be run along more rational lines, and be well integrated with successful business models. Future e-business must bring and sustain value from established, fundamental business metrics and be able to withstand all international ethical and legal challenges.
