:CY) today announced that executive vice president Ralph Schmitt will address the SG Cowen 30th Annual Fall Technology Conference, to be held September 3-6, 2002 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, Mass. Schmitt's presentation is scheduled to take place on Friday, September 6 at 9:00 to 9:25 a.m. local time, during which he will discuss Cypress's financial and strategic outlook. A 25-minute breakout session will follow immediately.

The SG Cowen Fall Technology Conference will highlight some of the most attractive investment opportunities among high-growth public and private technology companies. Six concurrent general session presentations will be followed by workshops. In addition, a private company general session will span the four days of the conference.
