Cypress Bioscience Names Lisa Walters-Hoffert Executive Vice President and CFO.

Cypress Bioscience Inc. Walters joins Cypress with more than 20 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, most recently with Roth Capital Partners Roth Capital Partners, LLC, is a full service Investment Banking firm, specializing in the small and micro cap markets.
