New York-based Cyota has joined with nCypher PLC to collaborate on e-payment product development. Cyota produces Cyota SecureSuite, which supports a variety of secure payment systems, including Verified by Visa and MasterCard SPA. Ncipher, based in Woburn, Mass., provides the nCipher nSheld hardware security modules.
