Cynthia Becker joins Piya Tolani to form Partnership in MRT Media, Inc.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. -- Cynthia Becker and Piya Tolani announced today that Ms. Becker has joined Ms. Tolani and her Beverly Hills, California based MRT Media, Inc. as a Partner. In addition, the two announced a special projects division that will work under the name, New Outlook Media for a select group of new clients.

Ms. Becker is a media industry veteran of over thirty years, whose agency experience includes positions at Rubin Postaer, Dailey and Associates, KSL Media and most recently as a founding Partner, President and COO of Los Angeles based Revolution Media where she brought with her and personally handled the firm's staple client, Guitar Center, Inc. since 2001. In September of 2008, based on differences of opinion with her partner regarding the direction of the firm after the loss of Guitar Center as a client following their acquisition in 2007 by Bain Capital, Ms. Becker sold her 50% interest in Revolution Media to work with Piya Tolani and MRT Media to focus on their "hybrid media" platform, which is a proprietary developed media concept that uses both traditional and direct response media strategies providing maximum results for clients.

Ms. Becker commented, "It's exciting to think at this stage in my career, I am about to embark on what will be my most successful venture yet. Ms. Tolani, a media industry professional with almost fifteen years of experience having success on both the agency and broadcast side of the business, founded MRT Media in 2004 which has been consistently ranked among the largest women owned enterprises and among the top media agencies in Los Angeles. With offices in both Beverly Hills and Hong Kong, MRT Media provides media services for its clients in TV, Radio, Print and Internet formats specializing in both traditional and direct response media.
