Cyntech Technologies Enters Preliminary Talks in Brussels.

CONYERS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 1999

On Monday, December 13th, the management team of CYNT and international advisors met with Flanders Regional Government officials in Brussels, Belgium to discuss possible synergies between Cyntech Technologies recycling technologies and the Flanders Region current waste recycling challenges within the area.

Exploratory discussions expressly concerning the proposed expansion of CYNT into the Flanders Region indicated location possibilities for a Cyntech rubber and plastics recycling plant serving the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg) as well as contiguous areas in Germany and North Eastern France.

, President of CYNT, held progressive discussions with the key executives and administrators within the Flanders Region carpet industry, discussing the feasibility of used carpet materials recycling strategies using CYNT's proprietary technologies which was agreed could offer European-wide solutions for manufacturers, retailers and installers collectively.

Cyntech Technologies's exploratory discussions were part of a pan-European marketing approach by the company. Further review of location options and strategic alliances by CYNT with public and private sector entities in the Benelux area will be continued first quarter 2000 to determine optimum site feasibility and financial incentive packages that may be offered to the company.
