Cyntech Technologies, Inc.: American Energy Company Announces Opening of North Texas Regional Office for Oil & Gas Exploration and Drilling.

DENTON, Texas -- Windstar Energy of North Texas, LLC, a division of Windstar Energy, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyntech Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheet: CYNT.PK) announced today the opening of its North Texas Regional Field office in Denton, Texas.

Mr. Glenn Willingham will be General Manager for all exploration, drilling, and maintenance activities. Mr. Michael Geddi, a Senior Petro-Physicist, will be assisting Mr. Willingham in the Denton, Texas operations center. Both Mr. Willingham and Mr. Geddi have over years seventy years experience in the oil and gas field.

Windstar Energy will be active in acquiring existing oil and gas leases for infield drilling to continue Windstar expansion into the oil and gas business.
