No terms were given. The purchase follows the acquisition of "GSE GSE general somatic efferent system. International Expo," a show for the aviation industry's ground support equipment sector, by Cygnus in fourth quarter 2001. "AS3" targets the corporate and general aviation industry with a focus on aviation companies, aircraft manufacturers and airport--based businesses. Cygnus said the show is also "an event leader" for aviation maintenance technicians, and is a source for aviation maintenance training and education. "AS3" will co-locate with "GSE International" beginning in Spring 2003.
