The sales of Cygnet's Jukeboxes to internationally based corporations and governments have stemmed the need for a new sales and support office in Braintree, England. Cygnet's office now offers sales and support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  for their entire family of jukeboxes within Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Managing the Cygnet international sales operation is Mr. Michael Murphy, who holds the position of Director of International Sales. The id 100 system holds from 1 to 5 magazines, each containing up to 20 discs. It provides the user with easy and immediate access to up to 470 gigabytes of data.

InfiniDISC+

The InfiniDISC+ jukebox is a revolutionary concept in flexible automated storage technology, making it the first jukebox to support DVD-RAM technology. It combines high performance jukebox robotics, CD-ROM, CD-R, DVD-ROM, or DVD-RAM drives, and up to 7 storage carousels to provide over 7 terabytes of storage space. Two important advantages of the InfiniDISC+ are reliability and the ability to directly connect to a network using InfiniNET and improve data transfer rates comparable to a hard drive RAID using InfiniRAID.

Highly regarded by the industry for its flexibility and expandable and upgradeable features, the InfiniDISC can be configured with 2 to 28 drives and can accommodate up to 1,750 discs.
