Cygent's Channel Partner Portal contains the following B2B-specific capabilities:
- Search -- allows quick access to partner, quote, order, and trouble
information. Search results support filtering, sorting, and detail drill-down.

- Reporting -- allows wholesale providers to monitor partner and sales agent
performance, quotes, orders, and trouble tickets. The Channel Partner Portal
also supports financial management of product s, promotions, demographics, and
territories.

- Personalization -- enables ser vice providers to limit the presentation of
targeted promotions, ser vice outages and new locations to the appropriate
partners.

- Role-Based Security -- permits the provider to establish and reconfigure the
authority and responsibility for each user in the hierarchy.
