Cycore Makes Key Elections to Board of Directors; Steven Addis, Annika Christiansson, and Godfrey Sullivan Bring a Wealth of High-Tech Expertise to Cycore Board.

UPPSALA, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 2000

Cycore, the leader in interactive 3D for e-business, has made three key additions to their board of directors. Effective immediately, the company has elected Steven Addis, chairman of Addis Group Inc., Annika Christiansson, executive vice president for Telia Mobile International, and Godfrey Sullivan, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Promptu and former executive vice president of Discreet, to serve on the company's board of directors.

Elections to the board were held on November 10, 2000 at Cycore's Uppsala, Sweden, headquarters. A complete list of the Cycore board of directors can be found at www.cycore.com.

Godfrey Sullivan

Godfrey Sullivan has 20 years of experience as a technology executive and was recently named the CEO of Promptu (www.promptu.com), a leading provider of marketing and sales delivery solutions that accelerate the exchange of information between marketing, sales, channels and customers. Prior to joining Promptu, Mr. Sullivan served as executive vice president of the Discreet division of Autodesk, Inc.
