The Technical Advisory Board is a group of senior level executives who, having seen the capabilities of the Orion ComSecure and SatSecure products, have agreed to provide strategic advice regarding specific projects and operations of the company. The Board has a wide range of commercial, industrial, and defense industry experience which will prove invaluable in gearing up operations for fast growth of the company and initiating important industry relationships. The Board's experience includes aerospace systems engineering and development, enhanced communications, specialized intelligence gathering, mechanical design and packaging, and all levels of computer systems design and implementation. Technical Advisory Board for Orion Security Services Inc.

Mr. Kenneth B. Baicar

Mr. Baicar has approximately 20 years of technical project experience in supporting U.S. government intelligence operations. Mr. Baicar has significant experience in designing, developing and deploying components and systems for use in intelligence gathering missions. He has performed all aspects of engineering system design, from initial conceptualization, to developing prototypes, to delivering deployable systems. Mr. Baicar regularly represents his organization in activities comprised of members of other U.S. intelligence community agencies, and as such is recognized as an expert in his field. His experience, insight, and motivation all lend themselves to supporting and furthering the mission of OSSI/CYCO.NET, and he is an excellent addition to the Technical Advisory Board.

Mr. Laurence Laird Levison

Mr. Levison's career has spanned 48 years as an electronics engineer, manager and corporate executive. His career is a very rounded one with successful assignments in engineering, project management, marketing/sales, Information Technology and corporate management. He spent several years in the design, development and production of electronic warfare and defense systems for deployment with the U.S. Department of Defense and several organizations of the intelligence community. For more than 20 years he was active in international telecommunications throughout North and South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. During this time he managed companies based in the USA and overseas. Recently he led two prominent Power & Light Companies into the telecommunications business, building complete telephone companies in less than a year. He holds several patents. Most recently Mr. Levison and co-inventors were awarded patents for a high speed Automatic Fingerprint Identification System Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) or Automated Fingerprint Verification System refers to a computer system capable of establishing the identity of an individual through fingerprints.  based on pattern classifications originally developed in 1871 by Argentina's Juan Vucetich.

Mr. Frank J. Loch

Mr. Loch has over 30 years experience in the Aerospace industry, in both Systems Engineering and Systems Development programs. This experience includes being on the NASA NASA: see National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Mr. Loch also worked as a manager of a Systems Analysis Staff in a large government Intelligence Community program office. In 1985 he left government service to join Stanford Telecom where he built and managed a $30M Systems Engineering/Systems Development business. In 2000 he joined Booz-Allen Hamilton as a Senior Associate. Mr. Loch has degrees from Kings College (Pa.), Penn State University and the University of Houston. He is also an alumnus of the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Fellowship program.

Mr. Joel Newberger

Joel Newberger, a principal in SNA (Systems Network Architecture) IBM's mainframe network standards introduced in 1974. Originally a centralized architecture with a host computer controlling many terminals, enhancements, such as APPN and APPC (LU 6.  Engineering, specializes in mechanical design/packaging, and thermal analysis of electronic equipment used in both commercial/industrial and military applications. For more than forty years, he has packaged all types of electronic systems requiring cost-effective cooling designs and has provided this consulting service to large and small corporations both in commercial and military sectors throughout the United States, and to the United States Department of Defense. Mr. Newberger has designed enclosures for almost every type of application including ground/airborne, and in-orbit telecommunication systems, reconnaissance pods, transmitters, radars, jammers, receivers, telephone systems, terminals/displays, power supplies, and computer systems that operate in stationary and mobile platforms.
