Cyco.Net Completes Acquisition of Pluto Communications International.

On November 15, 2004, Cyco.net, Inc. purchased all the outstanding shares of common stock in Pluto Communications International, AS. Pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement between Cyco.Net and Pluto dated June 16, 2004 and amended November 15, 2004, Cyco.Net issued 5,010,496 shares of common stock to Pluto in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding common stock of Pluto, consisting of 2,385,950 shares. Pluto will continue its operations in Europe and will operate as a 100% owned subsidiary of Cyco.Net.
