Cyco.Net Completes Acquisition of Pluto Communications International.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. & LYSAKER, Norway -- Cyco.Net, Inc. (OTCBB:CYKE), a leading provider of secure and efficient networking and communication solutions, today announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Pluto Communications International, AS. Based near Oslo, Norway, Pluto provides an innovative high-end Operational Support System (OSS) and billing system offering real-time information to improve customer service efficiency of telecom and other network service providers and corporate clients.

Pluto systems have applications for a wide range of markets, including: mobile and wireline telephony; Internet; cable, digital, and satellite TV; pay-per-view systems; video, music, and radio on demand; energy utilities; credit card; banking; and invoice integration and bundling.

Pluto's Charon Billing System offers a large suite of modules and engines, including: a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; media, rating, provisioning, report, churn, and fraud engines; and a Point of Sale (POS) system. Pluto enables transaction-intensive industries to deploy a scalable system that utilizes less expensive hardware and eliminates middleware, resulting in significant cost savings over conventional billing and transaction processing systems. Installation of Pluto's system is also much easier, with greatly reduced upfront infrastructure costs and significantly reduced need for consultants. Pluto systems can service up to 1 million individual subscribers with a single platform.

The Charon Billing System's MINOS Mediation Engine offers corporate clients particular flexibility by allowing different software systems to communicate. In offering clients the option to blend existing systems together, Pluto enables client companies to add new capabilities without replacing their existing systems. Alternatively, for companies that have recently merged and need to integrate different systems, Pluto's MINOS Mediation Engine also can provide this critical interface.

Performance advantages of Pluto's systems include a reduction in customer service hold times of 50%, better allocation of costs, verification of third-party charges, and a significant reduction in billing errors. As a result, companies that deploy Pluto's billing and transaction processing platform are able to decrease IT costs and introduce more efficient billing and financial control practices, while improving customer service and customer retention.

Via a business model featuring licensing fees only, Pluto's costs are passed directly from service providers to end-users. Pluto foresees these individual subscribers as being willing to pay $2 to $3 per month, a portion of which will replace existing service fees, for the benefit of faster and higher quality service. Pluto's corporate clients thus bear little to no overhead costs.

These advantages reduce barriers to entry for small service companies, making them more competitive. Pluto's established business presence in Europe provides further advantages.

The ComSecure controller, offered via Cyco.Net's wholly-owned subsidiary Orion Security Services, Inc. (OSSI), provides robust and efficient management of local networks, network traffic logging, and network security. A ComSecure controller unit was recently sold to the Department of Defense, under contract via Northrop Grumman.

Svein Erik Fauskanger will continue to head the Pluto business unit. On November 15, 2004, Cyco.net, Inc. purchased all the outstanding shares of common stock in Pluto Communications International, AS. Pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement between Cyco.Net and Pluto dated June 16, 2004 and amended November 15, 2004, Cyco.Net issued 5,010,496 shares of common stock to Pluto in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding common stock of Pluto, consisting of 2,385,950 shares. Pluto will continue its operations in Europe and will operate as a 100% owned subsidiary of Cyco.Net.
