(NASDAQ:OZON) announces the appointment of James Gross as president of CyclOPSS Textiles Systems Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary which develops, manufactures and markets innovative and cost saving equipment for commercial and institutional laundries.

Prior to joining CyclOPSS Textiles, Jim's many accomplishments in the laundry industry have included: -0

    --  Director of laundry operations (worldwide) for a major hotel
chain with over 83 laundries, where he implemented cost-reduction
programs which resulted in annual savings in excess of $2 million.
    --  Designed over 100 new laundries for hotels, hospitals,
prisons and other commercial laundry operations.
    --  Developed and implemented the concept for using central
laundry facilities for hotel chains which have multiple locations
within a metropolitan area.
    --  Developed and implemented the concepts now being
successfully commercialized by him for conserving water and energy
while reducing the volume and contamination levels of laundry
effluent.  These benefits are realized through the installation of a
water treatment and reuse system for the recycling of laundry water
which can be retrofitted to any existing laundry equipment.  Over
20 such systems have already been designed and installed.
    --  Served as vice president of a large European manufacturer of
state-of-the-art laundry washing systems.
    --  Implemented cost-saving strategies and laundry equipment
modifications for 3 major hotel chains which collectively saved over
$6 million per year.

Gross has been active in a leading trade association, the Textile Rental Service Association (TRSA) for many years, where he has served as a member of the national affairs committee and as chairman of the marketing committee.
