Cybex International Announces New Organizational Changes.

Cybex International, Inc. (AMEX:CYB), a leading exercise equipment manufacturer, released today Ray Giannelli joins the Product Development Group and is appointed Chairman of the Cybex Institute and Bill Lane, Division President of Customer Service has resigned.

Ray Giannelli has joined the Cybex International Product Development Group. Ray has also been appointed Chairman of the Cybex Institute. In this role Ray will help drive the strategic vision of the Institute focused on providing unique fitness solutions for our industry.

From research and conceptual product development to education, training and goal-specific program development, Ray will assist us in applying real science to the task of improving the quality of life and functional capabilities of our customers.

The Company has also announced that Bill Lane, Division President, Customer Service resigned, effective March 1, 2001. Bill has decided to move on and pursue another career opportunity.

Effective March 5, Ed Kurzontkowski, Vice President of Operations in Owatonna, Minnesota will work very closely with the leadership team of the Customer Service organization. Parts sales, parts order fulfillment, and Customer Service dispatch are mission critical operations of the Customer Service Division.

Ed will advise the group on an interim basis in Medway, Massachusetts until a new President of the Division is hired.
