Cybex International, Inc. Announces Resignation of William S. Hurley; Resignation to be Effective as of October 4, 1999.

MEDWAY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 24, 1999--

Cybex International, Inc. (AMEX: CYB), a leading strength and cardiovascular equipment company, today announced that William S. Hurley has resigned as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective October 4, 1999. The Company is in the process of recruiting a permanent replacement.
