Effective July 1, 2000, Cybex Computer Products Corporation combined with Apex Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:APEX) in a merger transaction and formed Avocent Corporation (Nasdaq/NM:AVCT). Avocent Corporation was formerly known as Aegean Sea Aegean Sea, Gr.
