The deal covers future distribution of the company's server-based systems by Great Wall for the projected development of casinos in Japan and the resulting need for the latest in slot machine technology. With this new agreement, the two companies are extending a relationship that currently includes Great Wall providing game content for the company's distributed downloadable system, which has been the recipient of numerous awards for its innovations to the casino industry. The new agreement is contingent on the passage of legislation authorizing casino gaming in Japan.
