Cybertel in Discussions Regarding Possible Business Ventures & Alliances; Cybertel Capital Clarifies the Strategy for Its Energy Properties.

SAN DIEGO -- Cybertel Capital, Inc. (OTCBB:CYBT) reported today it has been in discussions regarding future development of its Energy properties. The Company has defined a framework of guidelines for new direction that it believes could substantially advance the Company's business in the oil and gas sector.

Since late December 2004, the Company has initiated talks with investment Bankers and Agents of several American and Canadian based Oil & Gas production companies. There are no assurances that these discussions will result in any material positive effects or benefits for the Company. In an effort to ensure complete compliance and full disclosure as required by Regulation FD and mitigate any market speculation in its securities, Cybertel has disclosed the following information regarding these discussions for the general public.

Discussions were initiated through a consulting group, Magna Carta Capital Markets in Montreal, headed by Mr. Frank Dumas, who was mandated by the Company to propose reorganization plans and alternatives to its client, Candao Enterprises (CDA.H). Cybertel has retained a San Diego consulting firm, Focus Partners West LLC, to represent it in pursuing alliances, relationships, partnerships and/or joint ventures, which would enhance its business development. Mr. Ken Israel, Managing Director of Focus, explained that, "the U.S. Company would be interested in evaluating the feasibility of possibly merging its oil-producing subsidiaries into the Canadian Company and further to evaluate the feasibility of marketing the technology for which Candao Enterprises Inc. owns licensing rights. Such technology enables the conversion of non-metallic waste into biosynthetic natural gas."
