The Cphone attaches to a USB port A USB socket on a computer or peripheral device into which a USB cable is plugged. Cybertel Communications makes the Cphone available to U.S. military troops free of charge with the purchase of an initial 500 minutes of talk time. Additional time can be recharged on Cybertel Communications' web site via credit card. Alternatively, the troops will be able to purchase prepaid Cphone cards in $10, $20, and $50 denominations.
