Cybertel Communications Acquires Like Dat Music to Further Enhance Multi-Media Services.

Cybertel Communications Corporation (OTCBB:CYTP) announced today that it has finalized its acquisition of Like Dat Music, Inc. Like Dat Music (www.likedat.com), a full-service digital music producer and licensing agent for post-scoring, lyrics and sound design, will offer Cybertel additional multi-media capabilities through its Web site with digital sound and downloads. This is Cybertel's next foray into the business-to-business market.
