Calgary-based Cybersurf Corp. ("Cybersurf") today announced the launch of its 3web Network in Vancouver. For the first time, the company also announced that the 3web software is now available for downloading, absolutely free, at a new location: www.3isfree.com. Cybersurf is the first company in the world to develop and provide absolutely free Internet access supported by desktop advertising. This milestone was achieved with the launch of 3web in 1998.
