CYBERSURF SIGNS A DEAL WITH CINEPLEX ODEON

Cybersurf Information Access announced today that it has signed a deal with Cineplex Odeon Corporation to supply Internet Access to Canada's first Cinescape Entertainment Centre scheduled to open this summer at the Eau Claire Market in Calgary, Alberta.

Cineplex Odeon's state-of-the-art multi-media entertainment centre will occupy 18,000 square feet adjacent to the company's existing movie theatre at the Eau Claire market. The company previously announced plans to invest approximately $10 million (US) in its Cinescape division over the next three years, in a strategic relationship with SEGA GAMEWORKS, L.L.C. for the development and operation of location based interactive game centres.

CYBERSURF EXPANDS TO VANCOUVER

Cybersurf has successfully expanded its operations to the Vancouver market. Customers can contact Cybersurf through a local number although operations are centralized in the Calgary office to minimize overhead.

FIRST CALGARY LAUNCHES THEIR ON-LINE BANKING SERVICE DEVELOPMENT BY CYBERSURF

First Calgary has launched their 1stLink On-Line Banking service developed by Cybersurf. 1stLink allows users access to their financial information on their personal computers to pay bills, inquire about account balances or rate information, transfer funds, plus much more. The service is completely secure because access occurs within Cybersurf's secure local information network and not the unregulated Internet.

CYBERSURF ENTERS INTO A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CALGARY STAMPEDERS 

As of April 23, 1996, Cybersurf entered a new marketing and promotional partnership with the Calgary Stampeders. With this partnership deal, Cybersurf has become the exclusive Internet advertiser for the Calgary Stampeders.

CYBERSURF ENTERS INTO A PARTNERSHIP WITH CJAY92FM

Cybersurf has also signed a promotional partnership with CJAY92FM. Cybersurf has received regular airtime and involvement in promotional events in return for becoming the exclusive Internet provider for the radio station.
