James (Jim) Milliken, former President of the Alberta Stock Exchange, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Milliken will advise Cybersurf on all investor related financial matters.

Mr. Milliken's vast experience has been gained by more than 30 years in various positions within the financial industry including: Vice-President & Director of both Planvest Capital Corporation and CM Oliver Corp; President, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
