Cybermation Names John Boyle President and COO.

MARKHAM, On.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 1999--

Cybermation Inc., an award-winning provider of enterprise-wide systems management software, has appointed John Boyle as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Boyle will be responsible for the ongoing operations of Cybermation, directing the continued growth of the company.

Boyle brings to Cybermation 20 years of sales, marketing and senior management experience in the technology industry, including positions at such companies as IBM Canada and Apple Canada. Most recently he served with Compaq Canada Inc. in several senior executive roles. Boyle holds an honors undergraduate degree in business from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from York University. Boyle lives in Toronto with his wife and three young children.
