Mr. Dratch brings years of experience with him both as a Cybermation customer and as a business partner. As the Director of Data Processing and Technical Support at JCPenney, Mr. Dratch implemented Cybermation's ESP (1) (Enhanced Service Provider) An organization that adds value to basic telephone service by offering such features as call-forwarding, call-detailing and protocol conversion.  Workload Management Solution to lead his company to high levels of business automation, saving JCPenney millions of dollars and strategically positioning them in the retail sector. After retiring from this role in 1997, he joined Cybermation as a Director on its CII Board. In this role, he has helped direct new product investments and advance the corporate infrastructure. Earlier this year, he was appointed Chairman of the CUS Board, where his primary duty was to establish the current active, operational CUS Board of Directors.

Mr. Dratch will be responsible for further establishing Cybermation's US operations and for transitioning the management and control of all CUS activities residing at Cybermation Inc. These will include expanding the general management infrastructure and continuing to develop all other aspects of the company's growth.

Assisting Mr. Dratch in establishing the CUS operation is Steve Turpin, who has been promoted to Vice President, North American Professional Services. Mr. Turpin possesses over seventeen years of diversified MIS experience, including extensive management and professional services/consulting experience. His role at Cybermation has been enhanced by his computer operations experience in large mainframe environments and by eleven years of sales support focusing on both pre- and post-sales activity.

Mr. Turpin has worked in the Toronto Head Office since 1999 and is responsible for building the company's world-class Professional Services group. He will continue to oversee those activities to strengthen an experienced and proven Professional Services team across North America.
