webMethods Solutions to Rapidly Connect Buyers and Suppliers to

Ariba-powered Cyberlynx Marketplace

webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEBM WEBM webMethods Inc. (stock abbreviation, AMEX) ), the leading provider of business-to-business integration (B2Bi) solutions, today announced Cyberlynx, one of Australia's leading e-Procurement services, has selected webMethods as a Strategic Technology Partner and will use webMethods B2Bi solutions to rapidly integrate buyers and suppliers with the Cyberlynx marketplace.

Under the terms of the partnership, webMethods B2Bi solutions will be used to connect suppliers and trading partners to the Ariba-powered Cyberlynx marketplace. In addition, Cyberlynx will use webMethods B2Bi solutions to directly connect non-Ariba trading partners and customers. webMethods' global integration partner, EDS (Electronic Data Systems, Plano, TX, www.eds.com) Founded in 1962 by H. Ross Perot (independent candidate for the President of the U.S. in 1992), EDS is the largest outsourcing and data processing services organization in the country. , will provide consulting and implementation services for Cyberlynx supplier enablement.
