M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd. (Nasdaq:FLSH) today announced that Cyberbank Corp. has selected DiskOnChip for its new MultiPalm handheld personal computer (HPC (Handheld PC) A palmtop computer that weighs less than one pound and runs specialized versions of popular applications. DiskOnChip will provide local storage that will allow MultiPalm to function as a full featured HPC, integrating various technologies in a small package.

Cyberbank chose M-Systems' DiskOnChip based on its ease of integration, ruggedness, low profile (1.2mm) and small form factor. Microsoft support for DiskOnChip enabled storage of Windows CE (Windows Consumer Electronics) Microsoft's version of Windows for handheld devices and embedded systems that use x86, ARM, MIPS and SHx CPUs. Windows CE .NET superseded Windows CE 3.0.  persistent registry entries, necessary drivers, applications and files within MultiPalm to be quickly accomplished during the design phase.

By virtue of its high capacity and flash management software, DiskOnChip easily provides the local storage necessary for MultiPalm's more advanced features based on CDMA, GSM and Bluetooth technologies.
